Is Flamely free? +

Flamely is free during private beta for invited testers. Paid Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans will be introduced after beta.

Will tracking stop if I am offline? +

No. Flamely is local-first. Core tracking is designed to work offline using the local database on your device.

Do I need an account? +

Core local tracking is designed to work without an account. Account features are required for paid subscriptions, cloud backup, and multi-device sync.

Is my data stored in the cloud? +

By default, Flamely stores tracking data locally on your device. If you create an account or enable cloud features, some data may be stored in cloud infrastructure to provide authentication, backup, sync, and subscription features.

What is the difference between Pro and Business? +

Pro is for individuals: one user, cloud sync across that user's own devices. Business is for teams of three or more, with shared projects, admin controls, and seat-based billing.

When do I need Enterprise? +

Enterprise is for larger organizations with custom security reviews, procurement processes, SSO/SCIM requirements, volume pricing, or dedicated SLAs. Contact us at mir@flamely.app for a tailored quote.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds? +

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we approve a refund for issues such as duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or service access problems. See the Refund Policy.

What is included in annual billing? +

Annual billing gives you access for a full year and is the best-value option — you save roughly two months versus monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable after purchase except where required by law or approved under the Refund Policy.
