Refund Policy
How refunds work for Flamely subscriptions and purchases, including exceptions required by law and our payment processor's rules.
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Flamely subscriptions and purchases.
1. Beta Access
Flamely may be offered free of charge to invited beta testers.
Because beta access is free, there are no refunds for beta access.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Flamely offers paid subscriptions on the Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers, with monthly and annual billing options.
All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, renewals, and unused time in a billing period.
3. Cancellation Is Not A Refund
You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. After cancellation, you will generally keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
4. No Partial Refunds
Unless required by law or approved by us, we do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for:
- unused time;
- forgetting to cancel;
- not using the product;
- switching to a different app;
- feature changes;
- dissatisfaction after the subscription starts;
- annual subscriptions after purchase.
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds where required by law or where we determine that one of the following occurred:
- duplicate charge;
- billing error;
- unauthorized transaction;
- technical issue that prevented access to paid features after payment;
- other exceptional case approved by Flamely or required by Paddle.
Refund decisions are made at our discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. How To Request A Refund Review
To request review of a billing issue, contact support@flamely.app within 14 days of the charge.
Include:
- account email;
- charge date;
- amount charged;
- Paddle receipt or invoice ID;
- explanation of the issue.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
7. Payment Processor Rules
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle handles taxes, invoicing, and parts of the refund and chargeback workflow.
Paddle may apply its own rules, timelines, fraud checks, chargeback processes, and legal requirements. If Paddle or applicable law requires a refund, we will follow those requirements.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first at support@flamely.app so we can investigate. You may also have rights with your bank or card provider.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
